About Brand & Product Development
Often clients want me to assist in product and concept development, in private, retail and office environments where people move through a given area, at a given pace, stopping them long enough to engage with the product. Utilising design thinking across the broader scope of interactions allows you to move faster towards fruition of your project.
Every good idea needs to be fleshed out, whether it is a mega store or a new product, its starts as inspiration and proceeds through concepts to paper, eventually to prototype phase and finally production. Whether product or brand based the flow is generally the same.
Customer Interactions: On the retail perspective distinguishing yourself from others through store design, merchandising and display will be what holds the consumers attention long enough to make the sale. Ergonomic flow and product merchandising are just as important as the product itself.
Refurb, Implementation & Activations: Old Is The New. REFURB: taking traditional design and enhancing it: just ‘cause it is old does not neccesarily mean it is bad design, the aim is to update it to the required level of taste: This ideal should be applied to retail and products, and is the essence of Brand Evolution.

Corporate Identity or CI:
The logo, colours, typeface and visual devices that sum up the essence of the brand, company or product assembled within a set of guidelines that govern how the identity is applied for maintaining visual continuity and brand recognition across the physical manifestations of the brand DNA.
Brand Identity:
The Visual Brand Language, effectively crafted and mantained at an executive level allows a convincing and authentic brand strategy that can be uniquely and broadly applied to all forms of communication to both employees and customers. Thus reflecting the company or products’ values and personality through a visual language delivered through the CI. This is Brand EQ
Brand Evolution:
Evolution of a brand can be simply measured by the love of its customers and their choice of your brand over any other. Brand loyalty is a two way street. Give your customers a reason to be loyal.
